By purchasing and using The AG Coffee Club annual coffee pass, you agree to the following:
The pass entitles the named holder to one eligible coffee per calendar day for 365 days from the date of activation.
Unused daily coffees do not roll over and cannot be saved, accumulated or redeemed at a later date.
The pass is personal to the purchaser and cannot be shared, transferred, gifted or resold.
The pass can be redeemed at any The Acai Girls location, subject to normal opening hours and product availability.
The pass is valid for 365 consecutive days from activation and cannot be paused, extended or frozen.
Only one coffee may be redeemed per day, regardless of whether the holder visits more than one The Acai Girls location.
No refund or credit will be given for days where the pass is not used.
The pass must be presented at the point of purchase to redeem the daily coffee. The Acai Girls may request reasonable verification that the person redeeming the pass is the registered holder.
The Acai Girls reserves the right to suspend or cancel a pass where there is reasonable evidence of sharing, resale, fraud or other misuse.
The pass is subject to The Acai Girls’ usual opening hours. Temporary store closures or individual days on which a location is unavailable do not automatically extend the validity period.
